JUKA Showcase MINI VARNA 60 Countertop Refrigerated Display

A refrigerated display showcase keeps chilled food visible while maintaining safe temperatures. The unit circulates cooled air behind the shelves and through the interior, pulling heat away from the products on display. A thermostat monitors the temperature and cycles the compressor to hold the set range, ensuring food stays fresh without freezing. The glass front and sides allow customers to see the items clearly while the refrigeration system works continuously to counteract the heat from ambient air and lighting.

The MINI VARNA 60 is loaded from the front. The operator slides the night blind up to open the unit, then places chilled products on the five adjustable shelves. Each shelf can be repositioned to accommodate different heights, allowing the showcase to hold everything from small desserts to tall bottles. The LED lighting along the top and vertical sides illuminates the contents evenly, making colours and textures stand out. When the display is closed for the night, the blind is pulled down to reduce energy use and protect the interior from dust.

The cabinet is built from powder-coated steel, with the exterior in a durable finish and the interior in mirror steel for easy cleaning. The refrigerant R290 is used for its efficiency and lower environmental impact. Five rows of shelves provide flexible storage, and the night blind rolls smoothly to cover the glass when the unit is not in use.

The temperature range of +4 to +10 °C suits chilled ready-to-eat foods, dairy products, and beverages that must stay above freezing. The 0.95 m² useful surface allows a compact footprint of 600 mm width while offering ample display space. At 130 kg, the unit is stable on a worktop or counter, and the 2000 mm height fits under standard kitchen ceilings without requiring additional clearance.

Cleaning involves wiping the mirror steel interior and the glass surfaces with a mild detergent, then drying to prevent streaks. The night blind should be cleaned regularly to remove dust and fingerprints. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.

The MINI VARNA 60 is designed as a countertop model, fitting seamlessly into small service areas or front-of-house displays without occupying floor space.
