JUKA Showcase RYGA 110/80 for Chilled Display

A refrigerated showcase keeps chilled food visible and accessible while maintaining a steady low temperature. A compressor circulates refrigerant through coils behind the interior panels, pulling heat from the air inside. A fan then forces the cooled air across the shelves, ensuring every item stays within the set range. This forced cooling method prevents warm spots and keeps products at a safe, consistent temperature without drying them out.

The operator loads the shelves with prepared dishes, desserts or bottled drinks. The adjustable rows allow taller items to stand without crowding. Once the doors are closed, the automatic cycle maintains the temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C. LED lighting above the shelves illuminates the contents evenly, making colours vivid and labels easy to read. Condensation that forms on the coils is collected and evaporated automatically, so no manual draining is needed.

The unit is built from powder-coated steel for resistance to scratches and corrosion. The sides are rigid panels that support the weight of the shelves and contents without flexing. Two doors—available in either hinged or sliding versions—seal the interior when closed, reducing energy loss.

Controls are simple: a thermostat sets the desired temperature within the +2 °C to +8 °C range. The LED lighting switches on when the doors open and off when they close, saving electricity.

A useful surface of 2.76 m² provides ample space for organised display without overcrowding. The 270 kg weight means the showcase must be positioned on a level, load-bearing floor before stocking. The footprint of 1100 mm by 780 mm fits standard worktop depths and allows aisle clearance in a busy kitchen.

Cleaning involves wiping the powder-coated steel exterior with a damp cloth. The adjustable shelves lift out for thorough washing. The forced-cooling coils require periodic vacuuming to remove dust that can reduce efficiency. The automatic water-evaporation system eliminates the need for manual drainage.

Two door styles are offered: hinged for easy access in open layouts, or sliding for tight spaces where swing clearance is limited.
