JUKA Showcase SMART 700 mm Refrigerated Display Cabinet

A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled products visible and accessible while maintaining safe temperatures. The unit circulates cooled air behind the glass panels, drawing heat away from the interior and expelling it through a condenser. This continuous cycle holds the cabinet at a steady low temperature, slowing bacterial growth and preserving freshness without freezing. The glass front and sides allow customers to view the contents clearly, while the sealed refrigeration system prevents warm air from entering when the door is opened briefly.

To use the showcase, position it on a level floor near a power supply. Load the adjustable shelves with pre-chilled products, ensuring even spacing for airflow. Set the desired temperature between +4 °C and +10 °C using the control panel. The cabinet will reach the set point automatically, and the LED lighting will illuminate the contents. The automatic condensate evaporation system collects moisture from the cooling process and evaporates it, eliminating the need for manual draining.

The cabinet is constructed with powder-coated steel sides and a grey bumper for durability. Two rows of adjustable shelves allow flexible arrangement of products, while the top and vertical LED lighting ensure even illumination. Wheels enable easy repositioning, and the refrigerant R290 is used for efficient cooling.

The temperature range of +4 °C to +10 °C is suitable for displaying chilled foods such as dairy, deli items, and prepared meals without freezing them. The 90 kg weight allows the unit to be moved with a trolley or by two operators, while the 700 mm width fits standard worktop depths and allows side-by-side installation in larger setups.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass and steel surfaces with a mild detergent, removing shelves for thorough washing, and vacuuming the condenser coils to maintain airflow. The automatic condensate system removes the need for manual water disposal, reducing maintenance tasks.
