A refrigerated showcase keeps chilled products visible while maintaining safe holding temperatures. A compressor circulates refrigerant through coils behind the display area, pulling heat from the interior and releasing it outside. The cooled air settles at the bottom and rises as it warms, creating a gentle circulation that keeps every shelf at the set temperature without drying the products. The glass front and sides let customers see the items clearly, while the refrigeration system ensures they stay fresh for service. The operator loads the shelves with chilled goods, then sets the temperature between +4 and +10 °C on the control panel. Once the unit reaches the target, the LED lighting switches on, illuminating the display from above and along the vertical sides. Five rows of adjustable shelves allow the height to be set for different product sizes. At closing time, the night blinds roll down to cover the glass, reducing energy loss and protecting the contents overnight. The VARNA 130/80 is built from powder-coated steel for the exterior and mirror-finish steel for the interior. The top and vertical sides feature LED lighting, except where double glass with serigraphy is fitted. The sturdy adjustable feet keep the mirrored interior perfectly aligned with the bakery counter, preventing gaps that could let cold air escape. The temperature range of +4 to +10 °C suits ready-to-eat chilled foods, dairy, desserts and pre-packaged items that require refrigeration but not freezing. The 3.5 m² useful surface provides ample space for organised display, while the 1300 mm width fits standard worktop runs in professional kitchens. The 270 kg weight means the unit is moved with a pallet truck or similar equipment during installation. Cleaning involves wiping the interior mirror steel surfaces daily to remove fingerprints and spills. The adjustable shelves lift out for thorough cleaning, and the night blinds should be wiped down weekly to keep them free of dust. The exterior powder-coated steel can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The showcase is designed for front-of-house display in restaurants, cafés and retail food counters, where chilled products need to be visible and accessible while remaining at safe temperatures.
