A chilled display showcase keeps prepared food and beverages at a steady low temperature while presenting them to customers. The unit circulates refrigerated air across the shelves, drawing heat away from the products and maintaining a consistent climate between +2 °C and +8 °C. This range preserves freshness without freezing, making it suitable for salads, desserts, dairy and bottled drinks. The air is cooled by a refrigeration circuit that compresses and expands refrigerant gas, removing heat from inside the cabinet and releasing it at the back or beneath the unit.
