JUKA TOSTI CH 600 mm Cold Showcase for Worktop Display

This cold showcase displays chilled food and drinks while keeping them at safe temperatures. A fan circulates cooled air evenly across every shelf, preventing uneven cooling and maintaining consistent temperatures. The R290 refrigerant absorbs heat from inside the cabinet and releases it outside through the condenser, ensuring steady low temperatures with efficient energy use.

To operate, plug the unit into a power source and allow it to reach the required temperature between 0 and +6 °C. Load the three adjustable shelves with pre-chilled items, ensuring air can flow freely around each product. LED lighting activates automatically, illuminating the contents through double-glazed sides with silver serigraphy to reduce glare and highlight the products. Epos ticket strips attach to the shelves for clear labelling without obstructing the view.

Constructed from stainless steel and aluminium, the cabinet features double-glazed panels on both sides for unobstructed visibility. The three shelves adjust in height to accommodate various product sizes, and the front panel provides easy access to the condenser for maintenance.

The temperature range of 0 to +6 °C is suitable for ready-to-eat foods, dairy, and beverages that require chilling without freezing. The 600 mm width fits most worktops or counters, and its 130 kg weight ensures stability. The front-access condenser simplifies cleaning without moving the unit, while the smooth surfaces of the stainless steel and glass allow for easy daily wiping.

LED lighting consumes minimal power and produces little heat, helping the cabinet maintain its temperature efficiently. The silver serigraphy on the glass minimises reflections, keeping the focus on the displayed products. Regular maintenance includes wiping the shelves and glass with a damp cloth, checking the condenser for dust, and ensuring the fan remains unobstructed for consistent airflow.
