JUKA Varna 110/80 DUZ Refrigerated Display Showcase

A refrigerated display showcase keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining safe temperatures. A compressor circulates refrigerant through coils, removing heat from the interior. The cooled air settles around the products, preserving freshness without freezing. This method allows customers to view items clearly while ensuring they stay within the required temperature range for food safety.

The Varna 110/80 DUZ is loaded from the front through two hinged double-glass doors. Adjustable shelves are arranged in five rows, allowing the operator to organise products by size or category. LED lighting along the top and vertical sides illuminates the contents evenly, while night blinds can be drawn to reduce energy use when the premises are closed. The temperature is set between +4 °C and +10 °C, suitable for dairy, deli items, and prepared foods that require chilled storage but not freezing.

The cabinet is constructed from powder-coated steel, with exterior panels in the same finish and interior surfaces in mirror steel. This combination provides durability and easy cleaning, while the double-glass doors offer insulation and visibility. The unit stands on a worktop-height base, making it accessible for staff to load and unload without bending.

Controls are integrated into the cabinet and allow the operator to set the desired temperature within the specified range. The 2.9 m² useful surface provides ample space for displaying a variety of chilled products, while the 280 kg weight ensures stability but may require two people or a trolley for moving. The footprint of 1100 by 780 mm fits into most commercial kitchen layouts without occupying excessive floor space.

Cleaning involves wiping down the mirror steel interior and powder-coated exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the LED lighting requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting. Night blinds should be cleaned with a soft cloth to avoid scratching the surface.
