Water freezes on chilled surfaces inside the unit, forming clear, hard cubes that drop into storage once fully shaped. The process repeats automatically, ensuring continuous production without manual intervention.
Operation begins by filling the water reservoir and connecting the machine to a 230 V power source. The electronic control system manages each cycle, producing 24 cubes at a time. The 6 kg container holds the ice until removed, preventing overflow and maintaining a consistent supply.
Built from stainless steel, the unit withstands humid environments. A water-cooling system keeps the refrigeration circuit efficient, even in warm kitchens. The refrigerant R290 offers effective heat transfer with reduced environmental impact.
The control panel allows monitoring of production and adjustment of settings. A standard 230 V connection simplifies installation in most commercial kitchens.
With a daily output of 25 kg, this model suits medium-sized venues where ice is used regularly but not in large volumes. The 6 kg container provides enough ice for several hours of demand, minimising refills during busy periods. Its compact dimensions of 365 mm width allow placement under worktops or on counters, while the 30 kg weight enables easy relocation by two people.
Maintenance includes emptying the container, sanitising the interior and descaling the water circuit to avoid mineral deposits. The water-cooling system requires connection to a mains water supply and drain, so installation must account for these needs.
An air-cooled version is available for sites with limited water access.
