The UK series professional pot washer is designed for intensive use in restaurants, pastry shops, bakeries, hotels, and professional kitchens. The machine is suitable for washing both standard dishes and GN 2/1 containers as well as 60 × 40 cm bakery trays.
A pot and pan washer removes baked-on grease and food residue from large kitchenware by combining high-pressure water jets with elevated temperatures. The machine fills a stainless-steel tank with water, heats it to a temperature that loosens grime, and directs the water through rotating arms positioned above and below the load. The force of the jets dislodges debris while the heat sanitises, leaving pots, pans and utensils ready for the next service without manual scrubbing.
The operator loads the 660 × 815 mm basket with soiled items, slides it into the chamber, and closes the door. An electronic control panel displays the available cycles—two, three, six or nine minutes—each matched to the intensity of the soil. After selecting the programme, the machine automatically fills the tank to the correct level, heats the water, and begins the wash. The lower wash and rinse arm ensures water reaches every surface, while a thermostatic system confirms the rinse temperature before the cycle completes. A hot rinse follows, disinfecting the load and speeding drying. When the door is opened, a magnetic microswitch stops all movement for safety.
The unit is built from stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability under daily use. A 4-place tray rack and a 50 × 60 cm utensil rack are supplied, allowing organised loading of different kitchenware. Cold water enters through a 2 m inlet hose, and waste water exits via a 2.5 m drain hose. A non-return valve prevents backflow into the mains, while the PRS system with atmospheric boiler and break tank maintains a stable hot-water supply without risk of contamination.
An 8.3 kW power rating indicates the load the machine places on the electrical circuit; in a professional kitchen this requires a dedicated 400 V three-phase supply. The 231 kg weight means the unit is floor-standing and must be positioned on a level, load-bearing surface. The footprint of 835 × 1023 mm determines the floor space it occupies, while the 2033 mm height allows it to fit beneath standard worktop overhangs; the 2111 mm figure includes any top-mounted exhaust ducting.
The ES heat-recovery system captures steam and waste heat from the washing chamber, using it to preheat incoming cold water before it reaches the boiler. This reduces energy consumption and lowers steam emissions in the room. At the end of the day, a self-cleaning cycle flushes the tank automatically, cutting manual maintenance time.
The washer is designed for pots, pans, trays and larger utensils up to 650 mm tall. The Pro-Interface electronic control system with LCD display allows precise selection of wash parameters, and the multi-voltage capability ensures compatibility with standard UK three-phase power networks.
