Lava stone gas grill surface 15.6 kW

As the name suggests, volcanic lava stones are used in lava stone grills. They are placed on a special grid just above gas burners. The gas burners heat the lava stones which results in their burning. The products for heat treatment are placed on the grid above the stones. The fat coming out of the food placed on the grid drips on the hot lava stones, resulting in delicate smoke that gives the dishes the aroma and the taste similar to those prepared on the traditional charcoal grill.
