This high-end gas griddle is entirely made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, offering excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and an elegant, easy-to-clean surface. The top of the unit is rounded to improve hygiene compliance and simplify cleaning, while the ribbed stainless steel grid is V-shaped to efficiently drain excess fat, preserving the quality of grilled food.

Upon request, the appliance can be equipped with a special steel rod grid, particularly suitable for cooking fish. At the front, a grease runner with a drain hole and removable fat collection drawer ensures easy and hygienic handling of liquids accumulated during cooking. The appliance features high-efficiency gas burners with dual flame tubes, providing even heat distribution across the entire surface. Safety is ensured by a gas safety tap, thermocouple, piezoelectric ignition, and precise temperature control from minimum to maximum.

The control knobs are made of heat-resistant material and equipped with “cool-touch” technology to prevent burns.
