This high-quality professional grill is entirely constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, providing exceptional durability, hygiene, and long service life even under heavy use. The rounded top surface is 2.0 mm thick and equipped with an integrated rear flue chimney for efficient steam and smoke extraction.

The grill features a stainless steel “V”-shaped grid that effectively channels fat away, preventing buildup and reducing smoke during cooking. Additionally, a steel rod grid for grilling fish is available upon request.

At the front, there is a fat collection channel with a drain hole, which directs fats from the grill surface into a removable grease drawer, making cleaning simple and fast.

Grilling is powered by high-efficiency gas burners comprising three flame tubes. The system includes a gas safety valve, thermocouple, piezoelectric ignition, and a temperature control function (min/max) allowing adjustment of heat to suit different types of food and cooking requirements.

For user safety and comfort, the handles and control knobs are made of heat‑resistant material with a “cool‑touch” finish to prevent burn risk.
