LF Ceiling Heating Element for GARBIN Convection Ovens

This ceiling heating element produces the hot air circulated by a convection oven. Positioned at the top of the oven chamber, it heats the air directly. A fan then distributes the warmed air evenly around the food, ensuring consistent cooking and reducing preparation time compared with static radiant heat methods.

After loading the oven, the user sets the desired temperature and activates the fan. The element operates intermittently to sustain the chosen temperature, while the fan maintains continuous airflow. When the cooking cycle completes, the element deactivates, and the fan may continue briefly to cool the chamber.

The unit features two distinct circuits: a 1.7 kW primary circuit and a 0.7 kW secondary circuit. Both are housed within a single aluminium frame measuring 330 mm by 300 mm, designed to fit the ceiling recess of compatible GARBIN models.

A 230 V single-phase supply powers the element. The flat aluminium housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth once the oven has cooled and the power is disconnected. No disassembly is required for regular maintenance.

This element serves as a direct replacement for GARBIN convection ovens 23 MX, 23 MX UNI, 43 MX, and 43 MX UMI.
