LF Diamond Band Saw Blade for Fimar Slicers

A band saw blade cuts continuously in one direction, pulling a loop of toothed or abrasive metal around two wheels. The blade runs vertically through a slot in the worktop, so the operator feeds the product horizontally into the moving edge. This method gives a straight, even cut without the start-and-stop motion of a reciprocating blade, reducing waste and keeping slices uniform in thickness. The diamond coating on this blade abrades rather than saws, so it lasts longer on hard or frozen products and leaves a smoother surface than a toothed blade would.

To use the blade, the operator first switches off and isolates the slicer. The old blade is removed by loosening the tension and slipping the loop off the wheels. The new blade is fitted over the wheels, the tension is reapplied, and the tracking is adjusted so the blade runs centrally through the guides. Once the slicer is reassembled and tested, the operator can resume cutting, feeding the product steadily into the moving blade to produce slices of consistent thickness.

The blade is a continuous loop of metal with a diamond-coated edge, sized to fit the wheel diameter and spacing of the specified slicers. It is designed as a direct replacement for the original blade on Fimar SE1550, SE1830 and SE2020 models.

This blade fits Fimar SE1550, SE1830 and SE2020 slicers, where it replaces the original band saw blade as a spare part.
