LF G12D Command Panel Sticker for PIRON Convection Steam Ovens

A command panel sticker displays the symbols, legends and temperature scales that let kitchen staff set and read the oven's programmes. Over time, steam, grease and frequent cleaning wear away the printed surface, making the controls hard to decipher. This replacement sticker restores the original appearance and ensures every setting is clearly visible again.

Convection steam ovens combine two processes: a fan circulates hot air to cook food evenly, while a boiler or steam generator injects moisture. The result is faster cooking with better colour and texture than dry heat alone. The control panel on a PIRON oven manages both the fan speed and the steam output, so the operator can choose between convection, steam or a combination mode. Each mode is marked on the sticker, allowing the chef to select the right programme for the dish.

To fit the sticker, the oven is switched off and allowed to cool. The old sticker is peeled away and the panel surface cleaned of any adhesive residue. The new sticker is aligned with the control knobs and pressed firmly into place, smoothing out any air bubbles. Once fitted, the oven can be powered on and the controls will again show the correct settings for each programme.
