LF Hose Secrobill ø 3x8 mm for Professional Dishwashers

A flexible water-supply hose links the tap to the inlet valve of a commercial dishwasher, glasswasher or cupwasher. The hose carries mains-pressure water from the building supply into the machine, where it mixes with detergent and is sprayed over the load. Because the connection must seal against both pressure and vibration, the hose is reinforced and fitted with compression nuts at each end.

The operator first shuts off the water at the isolation valve, then unscrews the old hose from the tap and from the machine inlet. The new hose is attached hand-tight to the tap, then to the inlet, and the isolation valve is reopened. Once the machine is switched on, the hose remains under pressure whenever the dishwasher is in use, so it must be checked periodically for leaks or wear.

This LF Secrobill hose is constructed from a synthetic rubber tube encased in a braided stainless-steel sleeve. The sleeve prevents the tube from ballooning under pressure and protects it from abrasion and kinking. Compression nuts at both ends are chromium-plated brass, standardised for the inlet threads used on professional dishwashers.

The 3 mm internal diameter and 8 mm external diameter match the water-flow requirements of the listed machines, ensuring the correct volume reaches the spray arms without overloading the pump. The hose fits dishwashers, glasswashers, cupwashers and pan-washing machines from COLGED, DEXION, DIHR, ELETTROBAR, ELFRAMO, EMMEPI, KOMEL, LUXIA, MBM, SMEG, WOLK and ZANUSSI, including hood, conveyor and pull-through models.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the exterior with a damp cloth to remove detergent residue or dust. The hose should be inspected regularly for signs of cracking, fraying or corrosion on the nuts, and replaced if any damage is found.
