LF M10x1 Thermocouple Fitting for Gas Appliances

A thermocouple fitting links the temperature sensor to the gas valve in commercial cooking equipment. When the pilot flame heats the junction, the thermocouple generates a small electric current that holds the valve open. If the flame goes out, the current stops and the valve closes automatically, cutting the gas supply for safety.

The operator screws the fitting into the threaded port on the appliance, taking care to align the 6.5 mm thermocouple probe with the pilot assembly. Once tightened, the probe sits steadily in the flame path, ready to monitor and regulate the gas flow without further adjustment.
