LF Rotary Vane Pump for Espresso Machines

A rotary vane pump delivers water under steady pressure to the group head of an espresso machine. Inside the pump, an offset rotor spins vanes outward against the chamber wall. As the rotor turns, the vanes trap and compress water, forcing it through the outlet at a controlled rate. This design eliminates pulsing, so the flow to the coffee puck is smooth and the extraction stays even from the first drop to the last.

The operator connects the pump to the water supply, threads the 3/8" GAS/BSP fittings, and powers the machine. Once the pump is running, it maintains pressure without adjustment; the espresso machine's own pressurestat or flow regulator takes over to hold the brew pressure at the set point. There are no manual controls on the pump itself.

The pump body is cast in corrosion-resistant alloy, and the vanes are engineered for long wear under continuous duty. It is a direct replacement for the original rotary pump on the listed models, so installation requires no modification to the machine's plumbing or electrical circuit.
