A two-way solenoid valve directs the flow of water, steam or cleaning solution through professional catering appliances without manual intervention. The valve opens or closes an internal passage when an electrical signal arrives, allowing the appliance to fill, drain or circulate fluid on demand. The operator sets the appliance programme; the valve responds automatically.
