Automatic machine with programmable dosage. With 3 groups. Electronic model
- : Magister Sistema Caffe

A three-group espresso machine delivers consistent shots across high-volume service. Heated water circulates through a pressurised boiler, raising the temperature to the point where finely ground coffee releases its oils and aromas under pressure. The built-in volumetric pump maintains steady flow, while a balanced by-pass system ensures each group receives equal pressure, preventing weak or over-extracted shots. An electric heating element keeps the boiler at the required temperature, regulated by a safety thermostat to prevent overheating.
The operator loads the portafilter with ground coffee, locks it into one of the three brew groups, and selects a pre-set dose using the volumetric touch pads. Red LED displays show the programmed volume from 0 to 3000 cc, allowing four distinct doses per group or continuous brewing for larger batches. Once activated, the machine forces hot water through the coffee at controlled pressure, producing espresso directly into cups or jugs. Dual steam wands let baristas texture milk simultaneously, while a separate hot water dispenser supplies tea or Americanos without disrupting coffee production.
The machine is constructed with a stainless-steel body and a 17-litre boiler. Its footprint of 1035 mm wide, 535 mm deep and 500 mm high fits standard worktops, while an 83 kg weight provides stability during operation. A standard auto-fill system connects to a water supply, eliminating manual refilling. The 5.4 kW power rating requires a dedicated circuit capable of handling the load without tripping breakers in a busy kitchen. Operating on 220/240 V, it matches the voltage of most commercial electrical installations.
Volumetric touch pads allow precise control over extraction volume, ensuring each shot matches the programmed dose. The four preset doses per group streamline workflow during peak service, while continuous brewing accommodates larger orders. Dual steam wands enable simultaneous milk texturing, reducing wait times for customers. The 17-litre boiler supports sustained use without frequent reheating pauses, and the auto-fill system maintains water levels automatically.
Cleaning involves backflushing the brew groups with a blind basket and cleaning solution, wiping steam wands after each use to prevent milk residue build-up, and descaling the boiler periodically to remove mineral deposits. The stainless-steel exterior can be sanitised with standard kitchen cleaning agents.
The HRC ES100 is available in electronic and semi-electronic configurations, offering flexibility in control systems. It is categorised under professional espresso machines in the commercial coffee equipment section.
