Electric fryer 12 liters with closed stand with total power 9.0 kW
An electric fryer heats a measured volume of oil to a controlled temperature, allowing food to cook quickly and evenly in a suspended basket. The heating elements transfer energy directly into the oil, raising its temperature until it reaches the set point. A thermostat cycles the elements on and off to maintain that temperature, while a safety thermostat cuts power if the oil overheats. The large cold zone beneath the elements collects food particles that sink, preventing them from burning and extending the usable life of the oil. A drain valve at the front allows spent oil to be removed without tilting the unit, and a stainless steel filter traps debris before the oil enters the collection tank.
To operate the fryer, fill the tank with fresh oil to the marked level. Plug the unit into a 400 V 3-phase supply and switch on the main power. Set the thermostat to the required temperature between 90 °C and 190 °C, then wait for the oil to reach the set point. Lower the basket of food into the hot oil and monitor the cooking time. When the food is done, lift the basket, allow excess oil to drain back into the tank, and transfer the food to a holding area. After use, switch off the power, allow the oil to cool, then open the drain valve to empty the tank through the built-in filter into the collection vessel.
The fryer is built from 1 mm thick AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, with a tank that is moulded in one piece and welded continuously to the worktop. Rounded corners and a smooth interior surface reduce areas where food debris can collect, making cleaning easier. The heating elements are armoured in stainless steel and can be tilted out of the tank for thorough cleaning. A large front drainer simplifies oil removal and routine maintenance.
A 9 kW power rating requires a dedicated 3-phase circuit capable of supplying the full load without voltage drop. The 400 V 3-phase connection is standard in professional kitchens, allowing the fryer to run alongside other high-demand equipment. The 12 L oil capacity determines the volume of food that can be cooked in a single batch, while the 53 kg weight means the unit is moved with a trolley or by two people. The 400 mm depth, 730 mm width and 850 mm height set the space it occupies on the worktop or floor, with the 240 mm by 340 mm tank footprint defining the usable cooking area.
Cleaning involves draining the oil, tilting the heating elements out of the tank, and wiping down the interior with a non-abrasive cloth. The rounded corners and continuous welds allow water and detergent to flow freely, removing residue without leaving trapped particles. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and staining, maintaining hygiene standards between deep cleans.
The Domina Pro 700 is a single-tank fryer with no additional variants listed. It is part of the professional catering range, positioned for medium-volume frying in restaurants, cafés and institutional kitchens.
