An electric stove built for continuous service in professional kitchens, the MBM DOMINA PRO 700 combines rapid heat-up with precise control. The cast-iron hot plates transfer heat directly to pots and pans, eliminating the lag of radiant elements and cutting waiting time between batches. Each plate is sealed to the worktop, preventing spills from reaching internal components and simplifying wipe-down after service.
The stove operates on a three-phase 400 V supply, drawing 5.2 kW to power three distinct hot-plate configurations. A 145 mm round plate delivers 1.5 kW for small vessels, while a 200 mm round plate and a 220 mm square plate each provide 2.6 kW for larger pans. A lowered 300 mm square plate at 2.5 kW accommodates oversized or shallow cookware without obstructing adjacent burners. Indicator lights above each plate confirm active heating, allowing staff to monitor status at a glance.
To use the stove, the operator selects the required plate, switches it on, and adjusts the heat setting. The safety device automatically cuts power if the plate exceeds safe temperatures, preventing scorching or damage. Once cooking is complete, the plate is switched off and allowed to cool before cleaning. The sealed cast-iron surface is wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasives that could degrade the finish.
The stove's 400 mm depth and 730 mm width fit neatly into standard worktop runs, while its 27 kg weight allows repositioning by two staff members without specialised equipment. The 250 mm height clears most under-counter storage and leaves room for plug-in appliances beneath. All plates are fixed to the worktop, ensuring stability during vigorous stirring or lifting.
Three hot-plate versions are available: rounded 145 mm and 200 mm diameters, squared 220 mm, and lowered 300 mm. Each version retains the same 5.2 kW total power, voltage, and footprint, allowing kitchens to specify the configuration that best matches their menu and cookware.
