Electric fryer 12+12 liters with closed stand with total power 18.0 kW
A twin-basket electric fryer heats two separate vats of oil to crisp and cook food evenly. Electric elements beneath the oil transfer heat directly, raising the temperature quickly and holding it steady. The digital display lets the operator set and monitor the exact temperature, while the large cold zone below the elements traps food particles and keeps the oil cleaner for longer. Each vat works independently, so different foods can be fried at the same time without flavour transfer.
The operator fills each 12 L vat with oil, sets the desired temperature on the digital control, and waits for the oil to reach the set point. Once the display confirms the temperature, the baskets are lowered into the oil. The fryer maintains the heat automatically, so the operator can focus on timing and removing the baskets when the food is done. A front drainer simplifies oil changes, and the built-in filter catches debris when the oil is drained into the collection tank.
The fryer is built from 1 mm thick AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, with moulded tanks that have rounded corners for easy cleaning. Continuous welding secures the tanks to the frame, preventing gaps where food or grease could collect. The heating elements tilt out of the vats for thorough cleaning, and the safety thermostat cuts power if the oil overheats.
A 9.0 kW power rating means the fryer requires a 400 V 3-phase electrical supply, the standard for professional kitchen equipment. The 72 kg weight indicates a sturdy, floor-standing unit that will not shift during use. The 700 mm width and 730 mm depth fit into a standard worktop space, while the 850 mm height allows comfortable access for loading and unloading baskets. Each vat measures 240 mm wide, 340 mm long and 215 mm deep, providing ample room for large batches of food.
Cleaning involves draining the oil through the front drainer, tilting the heating elements out of the vats, and wiping down the stainless steel surfaces. The rounded corners and continuous welds prevent dirt from accumulating, and the cold zone simplifies residue removal. The fryer's construction ensures that all parts exposed to oil and food are accessible and easy to maintain.
