The DOMINA PRO 900 features a single 800 by 900 mm plate with rounded front corners. Once powered on and heated, the surface is ready for pans or direct food placement. Grease and juices flow to the front edge, collecting in a removable stainless-steel basin below. This basin can be lifted out for emptying and cleaning, then replaced. An optional Teflon cap fits over the plate for simplified cleaning, detaching to reveal the full cooking area.

The 15 mm thick steel plate is available in smooth polished or solid chrome finishes, ensuring durability and even heat distribution. A removable grease basin beneath the front edge holds drips without disrupting workflow. While smaller models offer independent heating zones, this version provides a single continuous surface.

Controls include a main power switch and thermostatic dials to adjust the plate temperature. The unit operates on a 400 V three-phase supply, drawing 14 kW, suitable for a dedicated commercial circuit. Weighing 100 kg, it is stable yet compact enough for a 900 mm worktop. The 800 mm width allows integration alongside other equipment without overcrowding.

Cleaning is straightforward due to its design. After use, the warm plate is scraped and wiped with a damp cloth. The optional Teflon cap can be removed for separate washing, while the grease basin is emptied and cleaned in a sink. The heating elements remain dry, so the unit can be wiped down without disconnecting power.
