MBM Electric Fryer 12 L MAGISTRA PLUS 700

The MBM MAGISTRA PLUS 700 is an electric fryer, article MFRE74T, from MBM.

An electric fryer heats oil using submerged heating elements. The food is then placed in a basket and lowered into the hot oil, allowing it to cook through rapid heat transfer. This type of appliance typically includes a large cold zone at the bottom of the tank, below the heating elements, which collects food debris.
