MBM LOD103 Pot and Pan Washer for Professional Kitchens

This pot and pan washer tackles stubborn residues on large kitchenware by circulating heated water at pressure. Water fills a tank, is warmed by an electric element, and is then forced through jets to dislodge food particles from trays, stockpots, and baking sheets. The combination of pressure and heat loosens grease and carbonised deposits, reducing the need for manual scrubbing and detergent consumption.

The user places soiled items into the basket, positions it inside the chamber, and chooses a cycle from the control panel. Wash durations vary from two to eight minutes, enabling the machine to handle everything from lightly soiled baking trays to heavily encrusted stockpots. A detergent dispenser releases cleaning solution at the start of the cycle, while a rinse aid dispenser ensures surfaces emerge spotless. A partial drainage system removes used water between cycles without emptying the entire tank, conserving both water and energy.

Constructed on a stainless-steel frame, the MBM LOD103 resists corrosion and withstands daily use. The basket dimensions of 500 mm by 600 mm accommodate large trays and deep pans. A 0.7 kW washing pump powers the jets, while the total power rating of 6.7 kW covers heating and circulation. The unit operates on a 400 V three-phase supply with neutral, the standard for commercial kitchens that require robust appliances without overloading single-phase circuits.

With a width of 600 mm, depth of 700 mm, and height of 1290 mm, the washer fits into confined spaces where larger dishwashers cannot. Its 79 kg weight allows two staff members to move it on castors or lift it onto a worktop if space is restricted. A self-cleaning cycle automatically flushes the tank and jets, minimising maintenance to wiping the exterior and replenishing the dispensers.

Cycles of two, four, six, and eight minutes permit the operator to select the appropriate duration based on soil level, balancing efficiency and water usage. The 23-litre tank capacity ensures the machine remains compact while holding sufficient water to clean a full basket of large items without interruption.
