MBM MAGISTRA PLUS 700 Gas Grill MPLG74 A

This MBM MAGISTRA PLUS 700 is a gas grill featuring a smooth cooking surface. The article number for this unit is MPLG74 A.

Gas grills operate by using gas burners to heat a cooking surface or elements. In this type of grill, the gas fuels burners positioned beneath the smooth cooking surface, transferring heat directly to the food placed upon it. This method provides a consistent heat source for grilling.

To use the grill, the operator would typically ignite the gas burners. Food is then placed directly onto the smooth, heated surface. During cooking, grease and food particles are channelled into an extractable stainless steel drawer located beneath the cooking area. The cooking grid itself is constructed from cast iron and is designed with a double face, suitable for grilling both meat and fish.

The construction includes a 1 mm thick worktop made from AISI 18/10 stainless steel. The unit measures 400 mm in length, 714 mm in width, and stands 850 mm high. Its weight is 56 kg.

The 7.5 kW power rating indicates the rate at which the grill consumes gas to generate heat. The dimensions specify the physical space the appliance occupies on a worktop or floor. The weight of 56 kg suggests the unit's stability and the effort required for repositioning.

Cleaning involves removing and emptying the extractable stainless steel grease drawer. The cast iron cooking grid can be cleaned after use. The AISI 18/10 stainless steel worktop can be wiped down.
