A single-hole water mixer designed for professional sinks, the MONOLITH OLIMPO002 delivers precise control over water flow and temperature. The mixer blends hot and cold supplies through an internal valve, allowing the operator to adjust the blend with a single handle. This method ensures consistent water temperature and pressure, essential for tasks from rinsing produce to filling large containers.

The mixer operates by turning the star-shaped handle to open the valve, directing water through the swing nozzle. The double-jointed design of the nozzle provides flexibility, allowing the stream to reach every corner of the sink or direct flow into pots and pans without splashing. The handle's position determines the mix: left for hot, right for cold, and centre for a balanced temperature.

Installation requires a single hole in the sink or worktop, with the mixer secured beneath by a mounting nut. The unit includes two rigid pipes—one “D”-shaped (24 mm diameter, 400 mm length) and one “S”-shaped (18 mm diameter, 320 mm length)—which connect to the water supply. Flexible hoses for these connections are not supplied and must be sourced separately to match the kitchen's plumbing.

The star handle provides a firm grip, even with wet hands, while the swing nozzle's dual joints allow smooth movement in all directions. The rigid pipes ensure durability and resistance to kinking, maintaining steady water flow under constant use.

Cleaning involves wiping the exterior with a damp cloth to remove limescale or grease build-up. The nozzle can be detached for deeper cleaning if debris obstructs the flow. Regular inspection of the pipes and connections prevents leaks and ensures long-term performance.
