A water mixer delivers both hot and cold supply through a single spout, letting the operator blend the temperature with one control. The swivelling column allows the spout to reach multiple sinks or prep areas without moving the base, keeping the worktop organised and the flow steady.

The round handle is turned to open the valve and adjust the mix; its position sets the ratio of hot to cold water. An S-shaped spout directs the stream downward, reducing splash and making it easier to fill tall containers or rinse large pots directly under the tap.

To use the mixer, the operator turns the handle to the desired temperature and flow rate. The swivelling column can be rotated to position the spout over the required sink or vessel. When finished, the handle is returned to the closed position to stop the water.

The column stands 1340 mm high, providing clearance above most commercial sinks and work surfaces. A G1/2 fitting connects the mixer to standardised water lines, ensuring compatibility with existing plumbing in professional kitchens.

The swivelling mechanism and spout are designed for frequent movement, allowing the tap to be repositioned quickly during service. The round handle offers a secure grip, even with wet hands, and its smooth action prevents sudden changes in temperature or flow.

Cleaning involves wiping the column, handle and spout with a damp cloth to remove water marks and food residues. The swivel joint should be checked periodically for smooth operation and any build-up of limescale cleared to maintain full rotation.
