MONOLITH Shower ERA283 Pre-Rinse Unit

A pre-rinse shower delivers a focused jet of water to strip food debris from pots, pans and utensils before they enter the wash cycle. The unit mounts above the sink on a fixed two-hole bracket, drawing hot water from the supply and directing it through a hand-held shower head. The force of the jet removes residue without scrubbing, cutting labour and detergent use in busy kitchens.

The operator turns the clinical lever handles to start and stop the flow, adjusting temperature by balancing hot and cold inputs. A 351 mm flexible tube connects the shower head to the body, allowing the jet to reach every corner of large containers. The fixed 203.2 mm spacing between mounting holes matches standard sink pre-drilled patterns, so installation requires only two holes and the existing water lines.

Construction is chromed brass for corrosion resistance and hygiene. The lever handles are designed for frequent use with wet hands, giving positive control over flow and temperature. The shower head is compact, fitting into tight spaces above the sink.

Overall height of 575 mm positions the shower head at a comfortable working height for most operators, reducing strain during extended pre-rinse tasks.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the chrome surfaces with a damp cloth to prevent water spotting and maintain appearance. The fixed hole spacing and tube length are not adjustable, so no further maintenance is required beyond normal water supply checks.
