Monolith SR33 A Wall-Mounted Hose Reel for Food Sector Kitchens

A wall-mounted hose reel delivers pressurised water directly to the worktop without trailing hoses across the floor. The reel stores the hose on a rotating drum fixed to the wall, letting the operator pull out only the length needed and retract it after use. This keeps the kitchen floor clear, reduces trip hazards and prevents hose kinks that restrict flow or damage the lining.

The SR33 A reel is built for food-sector kitchens. A stainless steel drum and frame resist corrosion from water, steam and cleaning chemicals. The Nito gun at the hose end gives precise control over flow and spray pattern, allowing gentle rinsing of delicate produce or powerful cleaning of large pots and trays. The reel is mounted at a height that lets staff reach the gun without stretching or bending, and the drum swivels to direct the hose around obstacles.

To use the reel, the operator pulls the hose out to the required length, turns on the water supply at the isolating valve, and uses the Nito gun to start and stop the flow. After use, the hose is retracted by turning the drum handle or letting the spring mechanism wind it back automatically. The drum locks in place when fully retracted, keeping the hose tidy and protected.

The construction is stainless steel throughout, including the drum, mounting bracket and hose guide. The hose itself is 20 m long, giving enough reach to cover a large kitchen or multiple workstations from a single mounting point. The maximum constant working temperature of 40 °C allows safe use with warm water for cleaning, while the 6 bar pressure rating ensures adequate flow for high-demand tasks like rinsing large volumes of vegetables or filling stock pots.

Cleaning is straightforward: the hose can be flushed through with clean water, and the stainless steel surfaces wiped down with standard kitchen sanitising solutions. The reel's open design prevents water from pooling inside the drum, reducing the risk of bacterial growth.
