A pre-rinse unit mixer supplies hot and cold water through a single control, letting kitchen staff rinse pots, pans and utensils under a strong, adjustable jet. The mixer taps into the building's water lines and blends the two supplies to the temperature the operator sets, eliminating the need to balance separate taps. The swinging spout directs the flow exactly where it is needed, speeding up the cleaning cycle and reducing water waste.

The operator fits the mixer into a single pre-drilled hole in the worktop or sink rim, securing it with the supplied mounting hardware. Once the water lines are connected, the clinical lever is lifted to start the flow and rotated left or right to adjust the temperature. The spout swings through a wide arc, covering the entire sink area without moving the base. When the oven shower hand is attached, the same mixer delivers a gentler spray for rinsing delicate bakeware or cooling down hot oven racks.

The mixer body is mounted above the worktop, while the spout and shower hand extend below. A PA6 plastic lever resists heat and chemicals, and the chrome-plated brass spout swings smoothly on its joint. The clinical design of the lever reduces the surface area where dirt can collect, making it easier to keep the control hygienic.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the lever and spout with a damp cloth after each shift and descaling the outlet every few weeks if the water is hard. The swinging spout should be checked periodically for smooth movement and the mounting nut tightened if it loosens over time.

This model is a one-hole mixer, so it fits standard pre-rinse units with a single mounting point. The oven shower hand is included as part of the assembly, allowing the same mixer to handle both heavy-duty rinsing and gentler cleaning tasks.
