This multifunctional kettle is suitable for cooking various types of pasta (both dry and fresh), as well as other foods such as rice and vegetables in water. Additionally, the device is also suitable for steam cooking using special perforated containers, expanding its versatility in professional kitchens.

The unit is made of high-quality AISI 304 Scotch Brite stainless steel, ensuring durability, long service life, and easy maintenance. The worktop is 2.0 mm thick and equipped with an overflow drainage system, a basket drainage rack, and a built-in rear chimney for efficient steam discharge.

The tanks are made from corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel with rounded corners and have a capacity of 40 liters. The set also includes a false bottom for baskets, facilitating food preparation and removal. At the front, there is a double overflow and starch removal area with a drainage outlet and a perforated stainless steel basket rack located at the edge of the well.

Water filling and topping up is done via taps controlled from the control panel, providing convenient and precise operation. The drainage line is made of stainless steel and controlled by a ball valve with an easy-access lever.

Heating is provided directly by a multigas tubular burner controlled by a single multifunction valve with a pilot flame, thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Perforated AISI 304 stainless steel baskets with heat-resistant handles allow various basket combinations according to cooking needs. Rear fume discharge is carried out through a polished black porcelain-enameled cast iron opening, providing effective gas evacuation.

Safety and ease of use are enhanced by cool-touch handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material, as well as height-adjustable legs made from AISI 304 stainless steel, allowing the unit to be adapted to various working conditions.
