A hot-chocolate bain-marie keeps drinking chocolate at serving temperature without scorching or separating. The Chocolady uses a patented non-stick inner container that floats in a heated water bath. Hot water circulates around the chocolate, transferring heat evenly through the walls of the container. Because the chocolate never touches the heating element, it stays smooth and glossy, even when the temperature fluctuates slightly during service.
To start, fill the insulated hot-water kettle to the marked level. The kettle heats the water, which in turn warms the removable product container. Chocolate is poured into the non-stick container and the stirrer is switched on. The stirrer keeps the chocolate moving gently, preventing a skin from forming and ensuring the same consistency throughout the batch. A tap at the front dispenses the chocolate directly into cups or jugs. When the water level drops too low, a safety system cuts power to the kettle, preventing damage to the unit.
The entire product container lifts out for cleaning. The tap is also removable, so every surface that touches chocolate can be washed separately. The non-stick coating reduces residue, making daily upkeep quicker.
Construction is stainless steel with an insulated outer jacket. The stirrer motor is built into the base, and the filling-level indicator is visible on the side of the water kettle. A single power switch controls the heating element and stirrer.
The 10 litre volume suits medium to high-volume service without frequent refills. The 230 V power requirement matches standard UK commercial circuits. At 9.5 kg, the unit is light enough to move between worktops or storage cupboards. The footprint of 260 mm depth and 550 mm width fits on most worktops or mobile trolleys.
The Chocolady is listed in the Neumarker beverage-equipment catalogue under hot-chocolate stations.
