Neumarker Cristal 6 Hot Display Case for GN Containers

A hot display case keeps prepared food at serving temperature while making it visible to customers. The unit circulates warm air around gastronorm containers, preventing cooling and drying out. This method maintains texture and flavour better than static holding, and the transparent front lets customers see the food without opening the case, reducing heat loss and contamination.

The Cristal 6 is loaded from the rear through sliding doors. Place filled GN 1/3 containers into the slots, set the desired temperature between 30 °C and 90 °C, and switch on the LED lighting. The case reaches the set temperature and holds it until the food is sold or moved. Staff can replenish trays without disturbing the customer side, allowing continuous service during busy periods.

The case is built with a stainless-steel frame and glass panels. Six GN 1/3 containers, each 40 mm deep, are included. The controls consist of a temperature dial and an on-off switch for the lighting. The 1 kW power rating means the unit can be plugged into a standard 230 V commercial circuit without overloading it. The 20 kg weight allows two people to move it into place on a worktop or counter.

A temperature range of 30 °C to 90 °C covers everything from warm snacks to hot main courses. The 1190 mm width fits six GN 1/3 trays side by side, giving enough variety for a small buffet or grab-and-go counter. The LED lighting draws attention to the food, especially in dimmer areas like bakeries or deli counters.

Cleaning involves removing the GN containers, wiping the interior with a damp cloth, and cleaning the glass panels with a glass cleaner. The sliding doors should be kept free of grease to ensure smooth operation. The LED lighting is long-lasting and does not require frequent replacement.
