A gas combi table grill heats food from below with controlled gas flames, spreading warmth across the cooking surface without hot spots. The adjustable burner systems beneath the grid and roasting pan let the operator raise or lower the heat in different zones, so proteins sear evenly while vegetables cook gently at the same time. The double-walled stainless steel casing traps the heat inside, reducing waste and keeping the worktop cool around the edges.
To start, the operator connects the hose to a propane or butane cylinder, fits the standard pressure reducing valve, and lights the burners. Each of the three burner sections is set separately, so one side can hold a high flame for steaks while the other side stays low for onions. The 600 × 485 mm grid sits above the 610 × 490 × 57 mm roasting pan that catches juices; a flame cover prevents flare-ups when fat drips. Once the grill reaches temperature, food is placed on the grid or in the pan, turned as needed, and removed when done.
The casing is made of double-walled stainless steel, chosen for heat retention and easy cleaning. Inside, the three-way burner systems are cast iron, designed to spread the flame evenly across the base. A removable juice tray sits below the pan to collect drippings, and the whole assembly lifts out for washing. The hose and pressure reducing valve are included, so the unit is ready to connect to any standard propane or butane cylinder.
A power rating of 12 kW shows the load on the gas supply; at 0.95 kg of propane or butane per hour, the grill will run for several services before the cylinder needs replacing. The 650 × 530 × 280 mm footprint fits on most worktops, and the 29 kg weight allows two people to move it without a trolley. The grid and pan dimensions give enough space for multiple items at once, while the 57 mm pan depth holds sauces or small batches of vegetables without spilling.
After service, the grid and pan are lifted out, the juice tray emptied, and all surfaces wiped down. The stainless steel casing resists staining and can be scrubbed with standard kitchen cleaners. The burners themselves are brushed to remove carbon, and the hose and valve are checked for leaks before the next use.
