A hand wash basin designed for continuous use in professional kitchens, the Neumarker 10F supplies instant hot water without requiring a permanent plumbing connection. An internal heating element warms the 10-litre reservoir, allowing staff to draw warm water on demand. The element cycles on and off to maintain temperature, eliminating the wait for a tap to run hot while keeping energy use proportional to the volume dispensed. The sequence begins by filling the reservoir through the top inlet. Once the power is switched on, the element heats the water to the set point. Staff press the dispenser lever to release warm water into the basin, while a separate pump delivers liquid soap from an integrated bottle. A third dispenser provides disinfectant, and a holder above the basin keeps paper towels within reach. Used water drains into a removable plastic container beneath the basin, preventing spills and allowing the unit to be positioned anywhere a power socket is available. Splash guards on three sides contain overspray, and a small waste bin mounted on the side collects paper towels and other disposables. The casing is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of sanitisation. Four castors allow the unit to be moved between prep areas or stored out of the way, while two brakes lock the wheels once the basin is in position. The footprint of 455 mm by 425 mm fits against a wall or between worktops, and the 1500 mm height places the basin at a comfortable working level for standing staff. A 2.5 kW heating element draws a steady load on a single-phase 230 V circuit, typical of most commercial kitchen supplies. The 35 kg weight reflects the combined mass of the steel casing, water reservoir and castors, making the unit stable yet manoeuvrable by one person. The 10-litre capacity provides enough hot water for multiple hand washes before refilling is required, reducing interruptions during service. Stainless steel surfaces and sealed seams let water and soap run straight into the disposal container without trapping grime behind panels or under edges. The stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitiser, while the plastic water container and waste bin are removed and emptied separately. The soap and disinfectant bottles are refilled from bulk supplies, and the paper towel roll is replaced as needed. No plumbing connections or fixed drainage are required, simplifying daily upkeep. The Neumarker 10F is a self-contained hygiene station that combines hot water, soap, disinfectant and paper towels in a single mobile unit, making it suitable for kitchens where permanent plumbing is impractical or where additional hand-washing points are needed during peak service.
