Neumarker Heat Lamp for Fries Warmer – Top Heat Module

A heat lamp module designed to sit above a fries warmer and direct gentle infrared warmth onto the surface of fried food. The lamp emits long-wave radiation that penetrates only the outer layer, preventing the soggy crust that forms when steam condenses inside a closed cabinet. Because the heat is radiant rather than convected, it does not circulate air and therefore does not carry moisture away from the food, so chips, nuggets and rings stay crisp without drying out.

The lamp is switched on once the warmer is loaded. No separate temperature setting is required; the low wattage and fixed mounting height create a consistent warming zone above the serving tray. The operator simply places the food beneath the lamp and leaves it until service is complete or the batch is refreshed.

The housing is formed from powder-coated steel, with a tempered glass lens that focuses the infrared output downward. A single rocker switch on the side turns the lamp on and off. The 230 V supply plugs into the host warmer's dedicated socket, so no additional wiring is needed.

At 2 kg and 270 mm wide, the unit is light enough to lift with one hand and narrow enough to fit the standard warming cabinet. The 230 V rating matches the mains circuit used in most professional kitchens, while the 0.5 W power draw adds negligible load to the existing appliance.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the glass lens with a damp cloth after each service; the powder-coated finish resists grease and fingerprints. The lamp is supplied as a complete module and cannot be disassembled for maintenance.
