Neumarker Toaster DUALIT 4 with Sandwich Cages

A commercial toaster designed to hold complete sandwiches in cages, toasting both sides simultaneously. The heating elements warm the air within the slots, ensuring even browning without drying the filling. The sandwich remains secure in its cage, preventing flipping or jamming, and is lifted out intact once the cycle completes.

Place the sandwich into the cage, insert it into one of the extra-wide 28 mm slots, and adjust the timer. The toaster operates until the bread reaches the desired colour, then maintains warmth until ejection. An energy-efficient selector allows you to heat only the required slots, reducing power consumption when not fully loaded. For frozen bread, the defrost setting begins with a lower temperature to thaw the slice before toasting.

The toaster features a fully chromed metal casing and a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning. Sandwich cages are included, and the same slots accommodate ordinary slices up to 28 mm thick. The front panel has a single power switch and a timer dial for straightforward operation.

With a 2.7 kW power rating, the toaster requires a dedicated circuit in a professional kitchen. Its 460 mm width fits standard worktops, and its 5.5 kg weight allows for easy relocation. The 230 V voltage is compatible with the UK mains supply.

For maintenance, remove the crumb tray after each use and clean the chromed surfaces with a damp cloth. The patented ProHeat elements are sealed and require no upkeep beyond keeping the slots clear of debris.
