Waffle fries baking plate for SWING baking system.
The price is shown without transport costs.
A waffle fries baking plate presses dough into the distinctive grid pattern that turns plain potato or batter into a crisp, ridged snack. The plate's raised grid imprints the dough as it bakes, creating the deep grooves that hold toppings and give each bite its signature crunch. Heat conducts evenly through the aluminium, browning the ridges while the non-stick coating keeps the waffle sticks from sticking so they lift out cleanly after baking.
The operator spreads a measured portion of dough across the preheated plate, closes the press, and sets the timer. Once the cycle finishes, the plate opens and the fifteen waffle sticks—each 120 mm long with a 12 mm square cross-section—are ready to lift out with a spatula. The shallow 50 mm depth keeps the unit compact while still producing a full batch in a single pressing.
The plate is made of aluminium with a non-stick coating applied to both baking surfaces. Its overall dimensions of 180 mm by 230 mm by 50 mm allow it to fit on a standard worktop or inside a mobile snack cart without crowding other equipment. The 4.9 kg weight makes it light enough to move by hand yet stable during use.
Cleaning follows from the materials: after cooling, the non-stick surfaces are wiped with a soft cloth or nylon brush to remove any residue, then dried to prevent moisture damage. The aluminium body should not be scrubbed with abrasive pads, as these can wear away the non-stick coating over time.
This plate is designed for the Neumarker L31 series of waffle fry presses and is listed in the mobile snack and market equipment section of the catalogue.
