Equipped with adjustable height shelf.
A burger warmer chute keeps cooked patties at serving temperature without drying them out. The unit uses a gentle, even heat source beneath the holding trays to maintain a steady low-temperature environment. This prevents the meat from cooling below safe serving levels while avoiding the overcooking that would occur in a hotter holding cabinet. The warmth is distributed across multiple independent sections, so each batch stays separate and ready for plating without cross-contamination or uneven cooling.
The operator loads the cooked burgers into the four individual chutes immediately after grilling. Each chute is set to the same temperature band, ensuring consistent holding conditions. The unit is switched on, and the internal thermostat cycles the heating element to keep the air inside each section within the programmed range. Burgers remain in the chutes until they are needed, at which point they are lifted out directly onto buns or plates.
The chassis is constructed from stainless steel, forming a single-piece worktop with raised edges to contain any spills. The front edge can be specified with a 15 mm radius for a smoother finish, and additional side collection zones can be added to either side for easier tray handling. The heating element is mounted beneath the tray floor, and the entire assembly is housed in a cabinet that measures 1600 mm wide, 1000 mm deep and 950 mm high.
Controls consist of a single thermostat that sets the holding temperature between +30 °C and +45 °C. The 2200 W power rating indicates the load the unit will draw from the electrical supply, requiring a dedicated circuit in a busy kitchen.
The 1600 mm width allows the unit to hold four separate batches of burgers side by side, making it suitable for service lines where multiple orders are assembled simultaneously. The 1000 mm depth provides enough space for standard burger patties without overcrowding, while the 950 mm height fits comfortably beneath most pass-through shelves or extractor canopies. The weight of the unit means it is positioned as a permanent fixture on a counter or worktop rather than moved between stations.
Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless-steel surfaces after each service and removing any crumbs or grease from the tray floors. The heating element is sealed, so no internal cleaning is required beyond routine surface maintenance. Optional rounded front edges and side collection zones simplify the removal of debris during daily upkeep.
Variants include a choice of rounded front edges and additional side collection zones, available on request.
