A four-tier metal shelving unit keeps ingredients, crockery and utensils within arm's reach while freeing the worktop for preparation. Each shelf acts as a separate storage plane, so similar items stay together and cross-contamination is avoided. The open wire construction allows air to circulate, keeping stored goods at room temperature and preventing condensation that can rust pans or soften packaging.

The unit stands on four vertical posts that carry the weight directly to the floor. Shelves clip onto the posts at any height, so the spacing can be adjusted to fit tall stockpots or shallow trays. Because the load is transferred straight down, the shelves remain level even when fully loaded, and the unit does not wobble on uneven floors.

To use the shelving unit, position it where it will not obstruct traffic or fire exits. Clip each shelf onto the posts at the desired height, ensuring the safety lugs engage. Load items evenly across the shelf, keeping heavier items on the lower tiers to maintain a low centre of gravity. The shelves can be repositioned or removed for cleaning without tools.

The frame and shelves are made of steel with a corrosion-resistant coating. The posts have adjustable feet to level the unit on uneven floors.

The 1100 mm width matches standard worktop depths, so the unit can be placed against a wall or between counters without overhang. The 400 mm depth allows items to be reached from the front without stretching. The 1800 mm height provides four usable tiers while keeping the top shelf within reach of most operators. Each shelf supports up to 120 kg, allowing bulk ingredients, stacked plates or heavy equipment to be stored safely.

Cleaning is done with a damp cloth and mild detergent; the open wire design prevents dirt from collecting in corners. The corrosion-resistant coating protects against moisture from spills or steam. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning or to create extra vertical space when not in use.
