A stainless steel cupboard provides enclosed storage that keeps ingredients, utensils and small equipment dust-free and organised on the worktop. The single door swings open to reveal four shelves, each adjustable in height so the interior can be tailored to tall containers or shallow trays. The unit stands between 1985 mm and 2050 mm high, allowing it to fit beneath most standard worktops or wall-mounted shelves while still offering ample vertical space for stacking sheet pans or stock pots.
The cupboard is built as a freestanding cabinet, so it can be positioned wherever floor space allows. Its 600 mm width matches the standard module of professional kitchen equipment, making it easy to align with adjacent hobs, sinks or refrigeration units. The depth of 600 mm gives enough room for bulk ingredients or small appliances without protruding into the main traffic aisle.
Four shelves are supplied, each resting on adjustable brackets. The operator simply lifts a shelf off its supports, moves the brackets to the desired height, and replaces the shelf. No tools are needed, so the layout can be changed in minutes to accommodate a delivery of tall bottles or a batch of shallow gastronorm trays.
The single door is hinged on the right and closes against a magnetic seal to keep out dust and insects. Inside, the shelves and walls are smooth stainless steel, which can be wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser at the end of service. The adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, preventing the door from swinging open unintentionally.
The overall footprint of 600 mm by 600 mm means the cupboard occupies one square metre of floor space, a compact allocation for the volume of storage it provides. Its height range of 1985 mm to 2050 mm ensures compatibility with most kitchen layouts, whether it is placed under a worktop, beside a tall refrigerator, or in a corner where ceiling height is limited.
