A stainless-steel work surface that rises or falls at the touch of a button gives chefs precise working height for every task. The table's electric actuator moves the entire top smoothly and quietly, eliminating the need to bend or stretch when switching between chopping, plating and cleaning. The grid surface allows air to circulate beneath ingredients, keeping them cooler and drier than on a solid top, while the raised edges of the grid prevent small items from rolling off.
The operator loads the table with food, utensils or small appliances up to 120 kg, evenly distributed. A single control panel on the front edge sets the height anywhere between 800 mm and 1000 mm. Once the desired level is reached, the motor stops automatically and the table locks in place until the next adjustment. The grid can be lifted off for thorough cleaning or replaced with a solid stainless-steel top if required.
The table is built around a welded stainless-steel frame of 40 mm square tubing. The top is a pressed sandwich panel that resists dents and absorbs vibration, reducing noise in a busy kitchen. Four adjustable feet, each with a 65 mm range, level the table on uneven floors and prevent wobble. An optional upstand can be fitted along the back edge to contain spills and protect walls.
The 1000 mm length provides ample space for multiple tasks without crowding a worktop. The 600 mm depth keeps everything within easy reach, while the 900 mm maximum height allows the table to slide beneath standard wall shelves and extractor hoods. The 120 kg load rating ensures stability when the surface is fully loaded with heavy pots or stacked trays.
Cleaning is straightforward: the grid lifts out for washing, the control panel wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the stainless-steel frame and legs can be sanitised with standard kitchen chemicals. The adjustable feet should be checked periodically to ensure the table remains level.
Two versions are available: with or without the rear upstand. The table is categorised under professional kitchen work surfaces and prep tables.
