A stainless steel worktable that moves its work surface up or down at the turn of a knob keeps the same footprint while fitting chefs of different heights or tasks that need a higher or lower plane. The table's central column houses a quiet, low-friction mechanism that raises or lowers the pressed sandwich top without tools; the shelf below moves in unison, so both surfaces stay parallel and level at every setting.
To use the table, the operator loads ingredients, utensils or small appliances onto the top and shelf, then turns the height-adjustment knob until the surface reaches the desired working height. The control panel is positioned for easy access and wipes clean with a damp cloth. Once set, the table remains stable under the stated load, and the feet can be fine-tuned to compensate for uneven floors.
Construction is a welded stainless steel frame with 40 × 40 mm tubular legs. The worktop and shelf are heavy-duty pressed sandwich panels that absorb impacts and reduce noise. An optional upstand can be added to prevent spills from running onto the floor. Each surface supports up to 120 kg when the load is spread evenly. The feet are adjustable over a 65 mm range, with a tolerance of +30 mm to -35 mm, allowing the table to sit level on most kitchen floors.
The overall dimensions are 1300 mm long, 600 mm deep and 900 mm high, giving a compact footprint that fits between other workstations or against a wall. The height can be set anywhere between 800 mm and 1000 mm, so the same table serves for chopping, plating or pastry work without forcing staff to bend or stretch.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surfaces and frame can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitiser, and the height-adjustment knob is designed to be cleaned without disassembly. The pressed sandwich panels resist moisture and do not require sealing or special treatment.
Two width options are available: 650 mm and 700 mm, each with the same length, height and load capacity.
