A stainless steel work surface that moves up and down on command gives a professional kitchen the exact working height every task needs. The table's legs contain a quiet, low-voltage motor and a threaded column that raises or lowers the pressed sandwich top without vibration. An operator sets the desired height on a small control panel at the front edge; the motor turns the column until the top reaches the chosen level, then stops automatically. This adjustment lets chefs work at a comfortable height whether they are rolling pastry, portioning meat or assembling plated dishes, and it allows the same table to be shared by staff of different statures without awkward bending or stretching. To use the table, the operator first checks that the feet are level on the floor and that the space around the legs is clear. The control panel is switched on, and the up or down button is pressed until the top reaches the required height. Once set, the table holds its position without drift. Food, utensils and small equipment are placed directly on the stainless steel surface or on a removable cutting grid that sits above it. The grid keeps food clear of any condensation and makes it easier to slide items off the table without lifting. When the task is finished, the surface is wiped down and the table can be left at the set height or returned to the lowest position to save space. The table is built as a welded stainless steel frame with four 40 mm square tubular legs. Each leg ends in an adjustable foot that can be turned to compensate for uneven floors; the feet move through a total range of 65 mm. The top is a pressed sandwich panel that resists dents and absorbs noise, and the control panel is housed in a sealed unit for easy cleaning. The entire structure is designed to carry a uniform load of 120 kg across the top or any shelf, so it can support heavy mixing bowls, stacks of plates or bulk ingredients without sagging. A length of 2300 mm gives the table a generous work area that can accommodate multiple stations side by side, while a width of 600 mm keeps it compact enough to fit through standard kitchen doorways. The overall height adjusts from 800 mm to 1000 mm, covering the range most chefs find comfortable for standing tasks. The 120 kg load rating means the table can hold large quantities of food or equipment without risk of deformation, and the stainless steel construction ensures it can be cleaned quickly with standard kitchen sanitising agents. Cleaning is straightforward: the control panel is wiped with a damp cloth, the top and grid are scrubbed with a non-abrasive pad and sanitiser, and the legs and feet are cleaned with the same solution. When the table is nudged by carts or boots during a busy service, the stainless steel feet let you quickly restore a stable cutting surface without tools. Two versions are available: one with a full-height upstand around the perimeter of the top, and one without.
