A stainless steel work surface that rises or falls at the turn of a knob gives the kitchen brigade the exact working height they need for prep, plating or cleaning. The table's welded frame and pressed sandwich top carry 120 kg evenly spread, so heavy containers or stacked trays stay stable while the height is adjusted.
The mechanism is built into the legs: a low-noise pressed panel houses the height control, and the legs themselves are 40 mm stainless steel tubes that slide inside one another. Adjustment is smooth and requires no tools, so the table can be set for a tall chef or lowered for a junior commis without interrupting service.
To use the table, the operator loads the top or shelf with equipment or ingredients up to the 120 kg limit. The control panel on the front edge is turned until the surface reaches the desired height between 800 mm and 1000 mm. The feet are then levelled on the adjustable stainless steel pads to keep the table steady on uneven floors. When work is finished, the surface is cleared and wiped down, and the height can be reset for the next task or user.
The top and shelf are made of heavy-duty pressed sandwich construction, which resists dents and absorbs noise from chopping or banging pans. The welded frame and 40 mm tubular legs add rigidity, while the adjustable feet allow up to 65 mm of movement to compensate for sloping floors. An optional upstand can be fitted to prevent spills from running onto the floor.
Controls are limited to the height adjustment knob and the levelling feet. The knob sets the working height in a continuous range from 800 mm to 1000 mm, and the feet are turned individually to level the table.
The 2800 mm length provides a long continuous worktop for batch prep or assembly lines, while the 600 mm depth keeps everything within easy reach. The 900 mm overall height at the top of the adjustment range allows the table to fit under standard overhead shelves or extractor canopies. The 120 kg load rating per shelf means the unit can hold bulk ingredients, stacked trays or heavy equipment without sagging or tipping.
Cleaning is straightforward: the pressed sandwich top and stainless steel frame can be wiped with a damp cloth and sanitiser. The height control panel is sealed to prevent liquid ingress, and the adjustable feet can be removed for thorough cleaning if needed. The optional upstand is also removable for deep cleaning.
Available in two widths: 650 mm and 700 mm. Both versions share the same 2800 mm length, 900 mm height and 120 kg load capacity per shelf.
