A stainless steel worktable built for professional kitchens, combining a rigid pressed sandwich top with an adjustable-height frame that adapts to different tasks and operators.

The pressed sandwich construction of the tabletop creates a solid, low-vibration surface that resists warping under heavy loads. This method bonds a thick core between two stainless steel sheets, giving the top its strength without adding unnecessary weight. The welded frame and 40 x 40 mm tubular legs transfer the load directly to the floor, while the adjustable feet compensate for uneven surfaces, keeping the table stable.

Height adjustment is controlled by a simple panel on the underside of the table. The operator selects the desired working height between 800 mm and 1000 mm, then locks the mechanism in place. This range allows the table to be set for standing prep work, seated tasks, or use alongside other equipment at matching heights. The adjustment is smooth and requires no tools, so the table can be reconfigured quickly during service.

The tabletop supports a uniform load of up to 120 kg, distributed evenly across its surface. An optional upstand can be fitted along the rear edge to contain spills and prevent items from sliding off. Below the main surface, a single shelf offers additional storage or workspace, also rated for 120 kg when the load is spread evenly.

Legs are made from 40 x 40 mm stainless steel tube, chosen for its balance of strength and corrosion resistance. The adjustable feet allow a total variation of 65 mm, with a tolerance of +30 mm or -35 mm, ensuring the table can be levelled on most kitchen floors.

The overall footprint of 1400 mm by 600 mm provides a generous work area while fitting within standard kitchen layouts. The 900 mm height at its maximum setting allows clearance for under-table storage or mobile equipment.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitising solutions, and the height control panel is designed to be easy to clean around. The pressed sandwich top has no seams or crevices where debris can collect, and the welded frame eliminates joints that could trap dirt.
