A stainless steel worktable that adjusts in height gives a kitchen the exact working level each task needs. The top is a pressed sandwich panel that resists dents and spreads the load evenly across the full 1600 mm length. Underneath, a welded frame of 40 × 40 mm stainless steel tubes carries the weight of ingredients, utensils or small appliances without sagging. Four adjustable feet at the corners let the operator level the table on uneven floors and fine-tune the height between 800 mm and 1000 mm to suit the user or the job. The height is set from a control panel on the front edge. A single lever or knob releases the locking mechanism; the operator then lifts or lowers the top until the desired height is reached and locks it again. The panel is sealed and sloped so that water and debris slide off, keeping the mechanism clean and easy to operate. Loading is straightforward: up to 120 kg can be placed evenly across the top or on the shelf below. The shelf is identical in construction to the worktop and is mounted on the same frame, so it shares the same load rating and adjustability. An optional upstand along the back or sides prevents items from sliding off during busy service. The 600 mm depth gives enough space for prep work while keeping the table within the footprint of standard kitchen aisles. The 900 mm overall height at mid-setting leaves clearance for most wall cupboards and overhead shelves. Stainless steel legs and feet resist corrosion and are simple to wipe down after each shift. The feet have a 65 mm adjustment range, allowing for significant floor unevenness without shimming. Cleaning is limited to the surfaces and components named: wipe the top, shelf, frame and control panel with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The sealed height mechanism needs no lubrication or disassembly. The stainless steel construction will not chip or peel, so there is no need for repainting or refinishing. The narrower width keeps the work surface within easy reach when you need to slide trays onto the shelf below without stretching. Both share the same 1600 mm length, 900 mm height and 120 kg load capacity.
