A stainless-steel worktable with an integrated sink brings wet and dry tasks together in one station. The flat top holds ingredients, utensils and small appliances while the sink bowl allows washing, rinsing or soaking without moving away from the work area. Adjustable legs let the operator set the height to match the task or the user's stature, reducing fatigue during long shifts.
The table stands on four individual legs, each fitted with a screw mechanism. Turning the feet raises or lowers the leg, and the operator can level the top even on an uneven floor. Once set, the legs lock in place so the table does not wobble or drift during use.
To use the table, the operator loads the top with the items needed for the current task. The sink bowl is filled with water or left empty as required. When the task is complete, the top is cleared and wiped down, and the sink is drained and scrubbed. The adjustable feet are checked periodically to ensure the table remains stable and level.
The construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and impact. The top is a single sheet with rolled edges, and the sink bowl is welded into the top to eliminate seams where dirt could collect. The legs are tubular steel with adjustable feet that can be locked once the desired height is reached.
The only control is the height adjustment on each leg. Each foot is turned clockwise to lower the leg or anticlockwise to raise it, and the lock nut is tightened to secure the setting.
A length of 2000 mm provides space for multiple tasks side by side, while a width of 600 mm keeps the table within reach of the operator. The overall height of 900 mm is the standard for worktops in professional kitchens, and the adjustable legs allow the operator to fine-tune this to suit their needs. The footprint of 2000 × 600 mm determines the floor space the table occupies, and the weight of the unit ensures it stays in place during use.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel top and sink are wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and the legs are wiped down to remove dust or spills. The adjustable feet should be checked regularly to ensure they remain tight and the table stays level.
The table is available in two top thicknesses: 650 µm with a 3% tolerance for light-duty use, and 700 µm with a 5% tolerance for heavier loads.
